EventStreaming.TV live streamed HRH The Queen launching the navies new aircraft carrier
The largest warship ever built in the United Kingdom was named at the Rosyth Dockyard by the Queen with a bottle of whisky smashed against the hull.
The Prime Minister, David Cameron, was there to see the event, along with First Minister Alex Salmond and former prime minister Gordon Brown.
Defence Secretary Philip Hammond said: “HMS Queen Elizabeth is the largest ship that the Royal Navy has ever constructed and is a true demonstration of the UK at its best, with over 10,000 people and 100 companies across the country working together to deliver her.

Work is already underway on the HMS Queen Elizabeth’s sister ship HMS Prince of Wales which will start to be assembled in Rosyth dockyard later this year.
The event streaming team used a Tricaster for the main stream and our new mobile solution Livestream HD550 as a backup unit.
