EventStreaming.TV at “Motown the Musical” London Launch Event
The West End production of Motown the Musical opened this month at the Shaftesbury Theatre featuring the music and lyrics from the legendary Motown catalogue and book by Motown founder Berry Gordy.
EventStreaming.TV were commissioned by Tiger Films to supply the production equipment and service to film and live stream the red carpet event direct to the Telegraphs website.
Jamie at EventStreaming.TV commented: “This was technically a challenging event involving building a full outside broadcast facility in a back room on the 3rd floor of the theatre. Over 1km of cable was laid to live mix 4 cameras, pre-made videos and instant replays – oh and it was raining!!”

Rob Hill Technical lead for EventStreaming.TV commented: “Surprisingly, securely a fast internet feed for the stream in central London was a real struggle; the pro-active team at RockIT Networks quickly ruled out a satellite on the roof and 4G, pulling it out the bag by bartering with a local shop owner to rent a fast connection for the day”
